ALRiDY Santorini is a family business operating in the tours and transfers field of Santorini island. The driver for this business foundation is our love for Santorini and our passion to put this love across the visitors of the island. For our service we are being trusted by many major companies anδ business on the island and our reward is always the smile that we create in our customers face.
Our office works through an electronic booking system which operates every year for the whole touristic season.
ALRiDY Santorini offers transfer services to all destination of Santorini island. In addition to that we organize tours for all the major tourist attractions, teaching you the history of the island, the secrets behind the famous Santorinian wines and explaining you the traditions of the place. Furthermore we take on the organizing of social events after communication.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations and ALRiDY Santorini encourage you to read them carefully. It is under these Terms and Conditions that bookings are made and accepted by ALRiDY Santorini. Unless otherwise stated, any purchases made through www.taxi-santorini.gr are subject to these Terms & Conditions. When a Customer makes a booking it will be deemed they have accepted the Terms & Conditions on behalf of all individuals included in the booking and consents to these Terms & Conditions by using www.taxi-santorini.gr. No alterations or variations to these Terms & Conditions will be accepted unless agreed in writing by ALRiDY Santorini.
Accident or Loss
Please take care of all personal property. ALRiDY Santorini will not be liable for any theft, loss
damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however caused,
unless due to negligence by ALRiDY
Santorini, in which case our
liability is limited for damages to a maximum of the refund of the ticket
price.
Personal Safety
Each Customer is responsible for maintaining their safety at all times. By
agreeing to take part on the tour, all Customers are agreeing to listen to the
safety instructions given by the Driver/Guide and to exercise due care and
attention whilst walking.
Prices
All prices are in Euros. Prices shown in the site are inclusive of VAT. The
prices appearing on the website are the current rates and can change with no
prior notice. Once a Customer has booked a tour or a ride with ALRiDY Santorini, the Customer will not be required to pay any
difference in the event of a price increase and ALRiDY Santorini will not refund the balance of any price
reduction. All prices for the tours are per private group unless otherwise
stated.
Changes to existing bookings
It is not possible to make changes to existing bookings, unless ALRiDY Santorini receives notification 72 hours in advance, in
writing, to info@taxi-santorini.gr
Booking Method
A deposit of € 50 Euros is required to secure your tour day with us. You will
pay the balance in cash at the end of the tour. If you book us through
www.taxi-santorini.gr for a transfer/ride you will have to pay the full amount
in advance through our site using the payment methods we offer. You can also
book us through telephone, by calling directly on our phone number mentioned on
the contact details.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancelation up to 72 hours in advance in order to get your deposit back
Cancellations by
ALRiDY Santorini
In the unlikely event of a tour or a ride being canceled, we will offer an
alternative tour date or refund.

SECURITY
“ARiDY Santorini” cooperates with Piraeus Bank for credit card and bank transfer payment services. These payment methods are absolutely safe.
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Piraeus e-Commerce” of Piraeus Bank and uses TLS 1.1 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

We offer two types of vehicles for our services.
Chose our luxury car for up to 3 passengers, and you will enjoy your ride with a Mercedes-Bnez CLA dressed in white with panoramic roof.
Choose our economy car for up to 6 passengers, and enjoy the fun ride with our convenient and cozy minivan.
